robberies where everyone was killed as plain murder by the Police, the
cause for all these are not due to the Police but to the Magistrates
and Judges, which in the end lead to UMNO and therefore the voters in
Malaysia. The oppostion parties are not free from blame but UMNO bear
the crux of the matter. It is not the Prime Minister alone but the
entire UMNO organisation and members.
The policemen may be guilt of murder but they were driven into it by
society and the opposition parties that insist on severe punishment
for policemen who make the slightest mistakes while REWARDING
POLICEMEN who kill ARMED ROBBERS as HEROES. As policemen, would you
like to lose your job and livelihood just for a simple mistake even if
it meant killing someone???? Especially when THESE POLICEMEN WILL BE
REWARDE as HEROES if they pretend that the victims were VIOLENT
ROBBERS. The MALAYSIAN public encourages these policemen by believing
that ROBBERS armed only with parangs can cause bodily harm and deserve
to be killed ALL OF THEM with LOTS OF BULLETS, especially right at the
HEADS.
Especially when they get away with it. They can get away with it
BECAUSE JUDGES ALLOW DUBIOUS and ridiculous evidences. The judges may
be idiots but the law does not excuse anyone from being stupid in
conspiring to ALLOW MURDERS. These JUDGES ARE THE ONES THAT NEED TO BE
HANGED.
If judges had insisted on common sense that parangs can be bought
easily and placed by policemen, murders by policemen will not be
committed. This kind of evidence that can be easily fabricated should
never be accepted unless supported by further evidences, even when the
witnesses are POLICEMEN. Especially in circumstances where all the
ACCUSED ARE DEAD!!!! The POLICEMEN are suspiciously involved.
BELIEVING IN POLICEMEN THAT HAVE A VERY SORRY RECORD OF HUMAN RIGHTS,
is like believing a convicted thief with your properties. These JUDGES
ARE ALL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATHS OF INNOCENTS.
Alright. It may be Public Prosecutor who are guilty for not bringing
it up to the attention of the courts but what about the court cases of
police brutality that had been brought to court? How many policemen
were found guilty? I can't hear of anyone. I am not talking about
guilty of misusing firearms which is the cause of ALL THESE MURDERS,
but the commitment of pre-meditated murders as a result of trying to
cover evidences. Instead of making matters better, it makes matters
even worse in making policemen determined to cover up their mistakes.
Take the case of the Aminul. It was not pre-meditated murder. No
reason to punish the policeman who shot him. It was just an honest
mistake. It may be wrong but the fault lies with his training and
instructions. He is still guilty but the crime is minor. It is the
attempted murder of Aminudin that is even worse and yet the Public
Prosector does not prosecute all the POLICEMEN of attempted murder. It
means that the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR IS GUILTY OF COLLABORATING WITH would-
be murderers. There the Public Prosecutor is liable to be prosecuted
and there is no statute of limitation for murder. And there is no
immunity for Public Prosecutor despite what the statute laws state
because the constitution clearly states that nobody is above the law.
And this law is not just the statute law but constitution that clearly
states that justice is the aim of all laws and any law that violates
this principle is null and void, and this includes the perpetual
emergency.
An emergency declaration that is PERPETUAL is no longer compliant with
the constitution but mocking and ridiculing the constitution.
Unfortunately, as long as voters still support the party, i.e. UMNO in
perpetuating this emergency laws, ALL VOTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE.
The major blame is still the citizens of Malaysia. You can blame the
media for distorting mass opinions but ignorance and stupidity is not
an excuse. If you really want to find out the truth, you can always
find it.
I say all voters including the oppositions because they never raise
the issue of the perpetual emergency laws that is the heart of the
draconian laws. I have got a feeling that they are supporting these
draconian laws because their voters feel that it is important in order
to preserve peace, and the opposition also want to use these laws in
order to preserve their power if they ever get into power.
A very chilling thought indeed but unfortunately true based on recent
events and information. Just use your honestly. Logic is not necessary
here because the logic is very simple. It is honesty that matters the
most. Honestly in choosing JUSTICE OVER PEACE. You can't have both.
If you want justice, you must allow some disturbances because some of
those who are responsible for breaking laws can get away, but at least
innocents will not be victimised.
If you want peace, you have to arrest even innocents who make a slight
noise that you don't like, and that includes yourself. Of course many
others also do not like you, and would you to be arrested for
disturbing the peace. After all, quietness and tranquility is absolute
PEACE.
Please note that for MUSLIMS, justice is above peace. If you choose
peace over justice as is being done in Malaysia, you are not true
muslims, because you simply do not have faith. How can you be a muslim
if you do not have faith in Islam????? So this is the root of all
evils. Hypocritical muslims. And others as well.
