(An open mic or open mike (shortened from "open microphone") is a live show at a venue such as a coffeehouse, nightclub, comedy club, strip club, or pub, usually taking place at night, in which audience members may perform on stage whether they are amateurs or professionals, often for the first time or to promote an upcoming performance.)

So how could the club owners be charged? It is not their fault that the performers break some laws.

This is similar to the Malaysia Kini case where Malaysia Kini was found guilty of contempt of court, for allowing a comment to automatically appear, before being deleted. The comment was about convening a session to release Musa Aman of all chargers because the money he received was for a donation, even when people were supposed to be on lockdown, so court sessions should not be allowed.

Aku baru berumur 12 tahun pada tahun 1970.

Tengok video di atas. Dia terangkan masaalah subsidi dengan mengharamkan ekspot kelapa sawit untuk mengawal harga minyak masak. Nampak macam bukan subsidi tapi sebenarnya subsidi juga. Cuma kerajaan tidak nampak dia belanja wang lebih, tapi kerugian wang eksport, rugi juga namanya.

Masaalahnya, kalau ekspot di haramkan, minyak berlebihan di tempatan jadi harga akan turun buat seketika. Yengok saja pekerja dan ladang kelapa sawit mengeluh. Harga buah turun tapi baja naik sebab di impot atau bahannya di impot.

Untuk mengurangkan kos, petani terpaksa mengurangkan penggunaan baja. Ertinya, buah akan berkurangan. Sudah kurang, lama lama naik balik harga minyak juga.

Jokowi tolong pengguna minyak yang membahayakan kesihatan, tapi membunuh pembuat minyak pula. Tiada sudah dorongan untuk menghasilkan minyak, gara gara janji Jokowi tidak akan menaikkan harga minyak makan.

Sebenarnya ada cara lain yang sudah terbukti berkesan yang boleh di laksanakan. Pakar ekonomi dalam video ini cadangkan supaya di adakan cukai ekspot. Cukai itu boleh di beri kepada rakyat miskin untuk mengurangkan beban rakyat, tapi ini bukan yang di janjikan.

Tapi masih boleh janji di tunaikan, tapi pakar ekonomi selalunya tidak minat, sebab di rasuah oleh orang kaya dan majikan. Kalau duit cukai di beri kepada rakyat miskin, orang kaya akan merasa rugi, dan menganggap kerajaan memanjakan pekerja supaya jadi malas. Orang kaya lebih suka menggunakan duit cukai untuk subsidi harga minyak dari memberi wang kepada orang miskin sahaja. Namun, ini bererti nilai wang Indonesia jatuh.

Cara mudah untuk mengurang inflasi ialah dengan menggunakan eksport untuk meningkatkan nilai wang Indonesia. Sudah terbukti berkesan di Singapura. Inflasi barang impot Singapura dan Brunei amat rendah. Inflasi barang tempatan masih ada tapi sangat rendah tapi ini disebabkan satu lagi polisi Singapura, menaikkan gaji pekerja kerajaan. Swasta pun terikut, menjadikan kos meningkat dan harga barang tempatan naik.

Jadi, cara senang mengatasi inflasi minyak ialah dengan meningkatkan nilai wang. Ada pakar ekonomi tidak sokong sebab konon nilai eksport akan jatuh, impot pula naik. Nilai eksport jatuh dalam nilai Rupiah, tapi dari nilai US tiada beza.

Nilai impot pula jatuh juga, tapi sebab menjadi murah, selalunya rakyat pun mengimpot lebih lah. Sebab itu jumlah impot meningkat. Faham faham lah, rakyat dapat duit lebih, mereka belanja lah.

Harga minyak makan dalam Rupiah jatuh juga sebab minyak makan di ekspot pakai US. Begitu juga baja dan makanan lain, semua harga jatuh, sebab nilai Rupiah naik. Rakyat suka lah sebab harga tidak naik.

Majikan tidak suka sebab barang jualan menjadi murah dari nilai Rupiah, tapi gaji pekerja naik, dalam nilai US. Kalau nilai Rupiah jatuh, terbalik lah. Majikan nampak untung, pekerja yang rugi sebab gaji turun, harga barang naik.

Jadi, bagaimana meningkatkan nilai Rupiah.

1. Kerajaan peg atau jadikan, nilai Rupiah tinggi dengan memaksa pertukaran wang yang menjadikan Rupiah lebih mahal.

Malaysia pernah buat tapi oleh sebab menipu, di jatuhkan nilai wang Malaysia oleh George Soros dan rakan rakan, sampai sekarang lah.

Indonesia jangan menipu macam Malaysia dengan menetapkan nilai wang berlebihan dari nilai simpanan wang asing, walaupun terlalu banyak ringgit di luar negara hasil dari wang rasuah.

Wang asing akan kuang tapi apa salahnya tolong rakyat kan.

Menteri kewangan Malaysia pernah di salahkan sebab main forex.

2. Guna hasil wang asing seperti US yang terdapat dari mengekspot kelapa sawit, untuk membeli wang Rupiah untuk di bakar. Kurang Rupiah, naik lah nilainya, tapi wang asing kurang.

Nilai Rupiah naik, harga ekspot dan impot pun turun lah juga, atau tidak naik sudah. Orang kampung bilang, harga konon stabil.

Yang penting di benarkan untuk di ekspot. Kalau tidak, seperti polisi sekarang, harga minyak makan di Indonesia akan turun sementara waktu sahaja, tapi harga kelapa sawit naik, menguntungkan Malaysia.

Tapi oleh sebab petani kerugian, lambat laun, kurang juga minyak makan di Indonesia sebab orang tidak mampu tanam atau kerja di ladang sudah. Apa lagi, di seludup ke Malaysia pula, lagi lagi Malaysia untung.

Religious Extremism is not the Problem. Extremism is.

Elon is correct in that the most severe risk to humans is the decline in birth rate. However, he failed to notice that the only group that is most effective in solving this problem are the Talibans. Precisely the religious extremist groups that are a threat to humanity.

Taliban's method may be cruel, but very pragmatic and effective. Turn women into baby factories. Taliban is not labelled as terrorists by the media, only some government agencies. The media called Taliban religious extremists. It is ridiculos to label governments as terrorists as Taliban is, but behaviourwise, Taliban is less a terrorist compared to Israel and Russia, in killing innocent civilians in far larger numbers.

Another group that every agency labelled as religious extremists are the IS, despite it managing to form a government.Any media calling IS, terrorists? Despite it committing terrorist activities.

Blaming religious extremisms is like blaming Christianity to the Nazis. Despite missing any text on mass murder, Nazis and a few Christian based religious groups had interpreted as though mass murder is ordained, many of them on the pretext of fulfilling the prophesy of Armageddon. Ridiculous but factual.

To say that Islam has texts that encourage its followers to commit terrorist acts is absurd. Islam is the only religion that specifically forbid terrorism. The quran forbids the waging of small wars. Does not that sound similar to terrorism?

Islam is also the only religion that predicts this manipulation of facts. Dajjal or anti-christ in Christianity. In Islam dajjal is a creature that tell lies and convince its followers that they are offered heaven, when in reality, hell. Does it not sound familiar? Intelligent and good people, brainwashed by Hitler and now Putin.

The danger is not that good people are led astray by religious extremisms, but intelligent people led astray by any form of extremisms, all of which are actually forms of religions, not just the established religions such as Islam, Judaism, Christianity or Hinduism. Communism, Capitalism, Republicans, Democrats, are all religious beliefs that can become extremes.

Experience with the Stupid and Cruel US Tax System

 I am in the process of filing for an income tax return for the US IRS.

I am shocked to find out that it is stupid and cruel.

You will be taxed even if your income is only US$5 for the whole year.

Worse, although you do not have any tax, you still need to submit a return, at least in order to get your ITIN, which is for foreigners.

Initially, we were told to submit letters from the publishers or employers certifying not only the income but also that the cincome is from them and meant for the me. The form 1042-S is not sufficient. But when I submitted the letter together with the form, I was told to submit the income tax return form without specifying which form.

There was also another reason for rejection in that I was supposed to be claimed as a dependent. What this means is that someone else in claiming tax credits using my name. This is bloody theft and corruption. It may be stupidy but inexcuseable. I wonder why I cannot pay tax despite being called a dependent by someone else. The fault is on those who used my name as the defendent. Fine the person, not me, who is trying to pay tax. By rejecting my application for ITIN so that I can comply with my duties to pay taxes on stupid grounds the IRS officers are unjust and acting cruelly and stupidly.

I presume that I need to submit income tax returns despite not having any tax to be paid. Smashwords mentioned that I shall be taxed at 30% whiich is paid by them directly to IRS as reported using form 1042-S. I thought there was no need to pay any tax any more or fill any form and the 1042-S form was sufficient. In fact, I submitted that form 1042-S together with a covering  letter from Smashwords. They were ignored completely and worse, these documents were not returned to me, although I have scanned these documents in case of problems with IRS in future.

Because I thought that I had to submit returns even for zero amount, I start filling in the forms to the years that I had some income. Now, I realise that I need to submit even for years where I do not have any income at all.

When I started looking for the forms and filling them in, I realise that teven with incomes of US$5 you are still taxed 1US$. This is the stingiest government that I have ever known. Worse, it costs US$100 to fill in the forms which are so complicated. It may not cost me that much, but the market rate for income tax preparers, even online is at least US$100. My costs is not free because I need to print and use my personal computers as well as time taken to read all the complicated and convulated instructions. One sheet refering to other sheets.

It means that homeless people, must fill in their income tax returns and I am sure many of them need to pay huge amounts of penalties. I only checked the surface of the penalties which are complex and not transparent. I expect penalties now because despite the IRS owing money to me, which I intend to claim back, I was late in submitting the income tax return forms by many years. The IRS never bothered giving any warning despite receiving the withholding tax from me via the publishers, SMASHWORDS.
