Although Sabah is the poorest in Malaysia by a large margin, and among the poorest in the world with the worst roads, the poor people are still the minority, less than 20% and better still they are satisfied with their poverty, because they are surrounded by heaven. Just drive with SUV or high ground clearance large and safe cars. Be careful with the poor roads and carefree drivers.

Because Sabah is the richest in natural resources in Malaysia, and can match the resources of the world, our cities are modern and can match the cities all over the world. But our prices are also very high compared to places like Indonesia and Vietnam.

I visit the best cities in the world, London, Paris, Istanbul, Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and their natural parks, not because they are better than similar places in Sabah, but because they are the authentic and alternative experiences.

Sabahan weather is perpetual summer, but the highest temperature is 34 degree C. The lowest temperature is 21 degree C, but in some towns, it once dropped to 10 degree C, and a few people died. If you want to experience freezing temperatures, you can go up to Mount Kinabalu. We may suffer from high humidity, but just take off your shirt and enjoy the breeze. It is more comfortable and light without any cloth on you.

At least it reduces the cost of collecting fares.

It also encourages the operators to be on time, instead of waiting for the bus to be full. In my city, the driver was willing to wait for one hour, to make sure the bus is full, when the walking time is just 15 minutes.

You may think it is impossible, but it actually happened to me personally at Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.

As to the high cost of subsidies of public transportation, just spend a little bit more.

As to where the extra income come from, just tax the car drivers more. If they realise that it is for the good of car drivers, they will support it for sure.

Fair to punish society for neglecting the poor to death

This was a fifteen year old boy.... He was caught stealing bread from a store. On trying to escape from the hold of the guard, a shelf of the store was also broken.

*The judge heard the crime and asked the boy, “Did you really steal something, a loaf of bread and cheese?”*

The boy responded by looking down.;- “Yes.”

Judge: - “Why?”

Boy: - “I needed it.”

Judge: - “Couldn't you have bought?”

Boy: - “There was no money.”

Judge: - “Take it from the family.”

Boy: - “There is only a mother in the house. Sick and unemployed.

Judge: - “You don't do anything?”

Boy: - “Used to wash a car. When I took a day off to take care of my mother, I was fired.”

Judge: - “Don’t you ask someone for help?”

Boy: - “Had left the house since morning, went to about fifty (50) people, but no help; so, I decided to take this step at the very end.”

*When the arguments ended, the judge began to pronounce the verdict;

... “the theft and especially the stealing of Bread by a hungry boy is a very shameful crime and we are all responsible for this crime."

*Every person in the court, including me, is guilty and a perpetrator, so every person present here is fined ten dollars each.  No one can get out of here without giving ten dollars.”*

Saying this, the judge took ten dollars out of his own pocket and then picked up the pen and started writing name accordingly:

- ‘In addition, I fine the store a thousand dollars for handing over a hungry child to the Police.’ 

 ‘If the penalty is not deposited within 24 hours, the court will order to seal the store.’ also the Police is fined the same amount for charging a hungry boy to court.

'By giving the full amount of fine to this boy, the court asks for forgiveness from that boy.'

 After hearing the verdict, tears were pouring from the eyes of the people present in the court, that boy's  handcuffs were also untied. The boy was watching the judge again and again, who came out hiding his tears.

*Are our society, systems and courts ready for such a decision?*

  *if a hungry person is caught stealing bread, then the people of that country should be ashame.

[13/01, 10:07] Othman Ahmad: Keputusan hakim ini adil. Hakim pun betul atas undang undang keadilan yang mengatasi semua perlembagaan. Orang Islam yang menganggap orang ini bersalah sebab di takdirkan miskin dan perlu terima nasib lapar dan mati, akan di hukum kafir oleh Surah Yasin. Fasal hukuman mencuri, kurang pasti, tapi untuk menyelamatkan nyawa, makan babi pun halal, apa lagi mencuri.

Penipuan Syarikat Insuran dan Takaful

Kenapa insuran kah, hiba kah, takaful kah, medical kah, saving kah, semua nya merugikan? Komisin nya lebih 20%. Kalau kita batar rm1,000 setahun, 2 tahun berturut turut komisin nya 100%. Jadi, untuk 2 tahun pertama, tiada duit kita. Semua habis bayar komisin, atau apa apa insuran yang ada. Kalau bayar insuran saja, tidak sampai pun rm100. rm900 konon untuk simpanan. Setelah 10 tahun, kita akan dapat rm8,000 sahaja. Adalah untuk simpanan selama 10 tahun itu, tapi sesudah hilang 100% selama 2 tahun, tidak boleh dapat pokok balik. Kalau 20 tahun simpan, mungkin dapat balik pokok, tapi susah sebab untung nya cuma sama dengan fixed deposit, sebab pelaburan nya selamat. Siapa yang tahu ini sewaktu beli insuran? Aku sendiri tidak tahu. Sebab itu, aku bercadang untuk menyaman ganti rugi kepada semua syarikat insuran kerana menipu pelanggan.
